Smooth as silk: Not just the surface
The men who came with my wonderfully appealing new walk-in shower were respectful of my condominium community rules, courteous to me and kept me in the loop as they progressed with the job. They were very thorough in placing drop cloths wherever they would be working. They answered any questions I had during the process and asked me my preferences for placement of grab bars, accessory pans and so forth. They finished ahead of schedule and left behind nothing except a brand-new way for me to live here longer in comfort and safety.

Awesome job
My husband has health problems and we needed to change the bathtub to a walk-in shower. What an awesome job was done. The walk-in is perfect! Cody and Ethan showed up at 8:30 am and worked steady until 5:30 pm. They are so experienced, professional, and friendly. They even took my husband into the shower to measure where the grab bars should be for his convivence in sitting and standing. If further work is needed in our home, we will be contacting you and definitely want Cody and Ethan to do the work we need done. No nonsense, perfectionists, you are lucky to have them. Fantastic Service
Everyone we dealt with was super nice and helpful. From our sales consultant Bruce with his many years of experience and help picking out the design, installation manager Deb (who offered great advice on design and painting ideas along with advice on remodeling the rest of the bathroom), to the installers Cody and Ethan who got here on time and worked right thru without taking any breaks, despite having to redo our entire subfloor. Great job guys!! We would highly recommend Thiel's for all your bathroom remodel needs. They are first rate all the way.
Just what I wanted.
I wanted a new shower that would make better use of the footprint. That is exactly what I got. The salesman was able to satisfy all my wishes, and the installers were great. They were polite, on time, and treated my home with respect. They kept me informed about what was happening and were done in about seven hours. I now have a shower that wows my friends and will be much easier to maintain than the old fiberglass shower that was replaced. My initial contact with Thiels was on a Tuesday, and the shower was installed on Thursday. I would recommend Thiels because they deliver what they promise.

Very professional and courteous
Kinda was our design consultant. She was great. She wasn't pushy and she tried to get us the best price possible. She gave us ample amount of time to ponder if we wanted to go through with the sale. Very good demeanor! Thank you Thiels!
Cabinet redo or and reface
Our experience was excellent. Nick DeFrank our installer did a high quality job and was excellent to work with. We are very pleased with the new look of our cabinets.
